Samuel Bastos Laureate in U.K

Samuel Bastos was awarded with the 2rd Prize in the Barbirolli Oboe International Competition. The competition held 5th to 12 April in the small Isle of Man, U.K.

1st Prize - Hannah Morgan, England   

2nd Prize - Samuel Bastos, Portugal

3rd Prize -  Nermis Mieses, Puerto Rico

Commision/Juri: Maurice Bourgue, Neil Black, Han de Vries and George Caird.
